「The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. 「The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool.」
