「The parking was free and had plenty of parking space. The front office lady however was not so happy to work there. At least that is how she looked like.」

「We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. 「The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. 」

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」
