The location was close to the village, easy to find, and close to bike path! Lots of outdoor space to enjoy the sun!

Amazing!

Cozy and fun!

Great location for relaxation and outdoor fun. We really enjoyed the house and its access to bike trails, tennis and the Sunriver Village. We also had a great time playing pool in the garage! The homeowners were super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back again. Thank you!

Great location and home layout to host a group

The house is a short walk to the Village. The house is spacious and has all the basic amenities. We were a group of 9 and enjoyed all the space. It is an older home and has some wear and tear. We particularly didn’t care for the sinks being part of the main bedroom but overall enjoyed our visit. The communication from the owners was great!

Property was beautiful slightly outdated but beautiful for our annual family NYE snow trip. Unfortunately the downstairs has no heat, we lost power multiple times with the space heaters & electric fireplaces they provided. Their electrician stated they needed to revamp entire system for it to be heated properly. Thankfully our firewood

Sunriver rocks

Great place for our families (grandparents, adult children, grandchildren) to enjoy Sunriver. Located in a quiet area near the bike path. Easy ride to the village. Multilevel home. Kid’s room on bottom floor, living room and kitchen on ground floor. Three bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom is quite comfy. The two queen beds quite firm. The house had everything we needed to have a wonderful time!

Great time

We had an awesome time as always. We misinterpreted the bedroom pictures and thought there were two sets of bunk beds and two full beds in the pictures. There is only one set of bunks, two queen bedrooms and a master. But we made due and had a great time. The kitchen was great and well stocked. The two decks outside were great and the patio furniture was very comfortable. The bikes were great to have, it is an easy ride to the Village. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Beautiful cabin, perfect vacation!

Sunriver, Oregon is a hidden gem! And this beautiful cabin was the icing on a very delicious cake. We absolutely loved everything about our vacation. The cabin is clean, well maintained and with amazing extras like bikes, pool table, ping pong table and hot tub!! Every morning we started our day with a soak in the hot tub while enjoying the beautiful weather. And every night we had a family pool competition! We rode the bikes everyday and literally only used our car once to go hiking. The river is close, the village is a 3 minute bike ride and the neighbors were quite. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we appreciated all the amenities of home so we could cook and enjoy family time. We are definitely going to be staying here again and hopefully it will become a family tradition.

Second year in a row using this house. 11th consecutive year in Sunriver and this is our favorite house. Its on the south end so it has easy access to the village and resort by walking or bicycle. The house is well stocked, has a spare refrigerator, and is everything we want or need. Will look for this house next year when its time to book.

Spring break

Great location and very comfortable and cozy beds. Annoying thermostat that automatically and constantly lowered temperature. Too many TVs and remotes. Many game boards missing pieces and need to be replaced. 6 of the 9 pool cues missing tips. Hot tub cover is too heavy from age and needs to be replaced, carpet dirty in areas, old worn couches, overall home needs a complete remodel.Bike tires mostly flat. If it wasn't for the location and very comfortable beds it would have been a 2 star.

Trip to remember

We had a wonderful family holiday getaway, we had packed a christmas tree to put up - but the house already had one up! it was so magical - the kitchen had plenty of tools for me to cook our family a christmas dinner, and the kids especially loved the pool table and ping pong. Our teens loved the short walk to get coffee and food trucks. This will always be a special trip for us - in the snow, my boyfriend proposed and we were able to celebrate our engagement with all of our kids. Thank you for having such a welcoming, comfortable house.

Outstanding Stay

First, no words will accurately express how much we enjoyed our stay here. This is our family’s 11th consecutive summer vacation with adult kids and grandkids. 6 adults and 2 pre-teen kids. 1. Communication with the owners was outstanding. 2. The house was so well equipped with everything you need. 3. Loved the layout of the house. The kids had their own space and the adults had plenty of room inside or 9n the deck for visiting. 4. The location of the house….unbelievable. It was so quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the lodge or village. Just off a bike path. 5. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. a spare fridge is in the garage. 6. Hot tub, pool table ping pong table. Tons of games to play. We are planning our trip for next year and hope to be able to return to this property. Highly recommend it to any group of 8-12. We thoroughly had a great trip and we started it on day 1 when we arrived to see our house in person.

Memorial Weekend Baseball Tournament

Our home in Sunriver was perfect. After traveling to Bend each day we returned to our lovely home in a quiet, wooded neighborhood where we could relax in the hot tub, grill, cook, play ping pong and pool with our grandchildren and escape the crowds and traffic in Bend. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. The layout of the house was perfect for gathering together or finding space for alone time. The yard was great for playing wiffle ball in the crisp early mornings. We will definitely return if we attend next year.

Parkland 2 was an ideal location in Sunriver. Home was furnished nicely - with plenty of adult bicycles, 4 bedrooms, kitchen was equipped nicely, with hot tub & decks. We enjoyed our stay!

What a gem!

This property checked all the boxes for us. The home sits right on the bike path, close to the heart of Sunriver and easy access to the meadow loop via the bike path. It was quiet yet you saw people riding and walking by all the time. We loved the outdoor space and use of the bikes. The owners were prompt to respond and treated us with a kind, friendly manner. The home came with so many thoughtful supplies including spices, large number of dishes and utensils, plentiful towels and linens, and a large number of games and books. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the adults appreciated the air conditioning. We felt right at home!

Awesome Trip to Sunriver

Our two families had a great time at this cabin in Sunriver. Everything was just as described. The kids enjoyed all the games and ping pong. We’ll be back!

Christmas in Sunriver

Perfect house for our family Christmas trip. Lots of space, fun board games, pool table and ping pong for entertainment. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We’ve rented numerous houses in the area and our family will definitely put this at the top of the list for favorite places. Looking forward to coming back.
