Perfect stay!
This house was perfect for our stay in SunRiver. We had 2 families and had more than enough room for all! The house has been nicely updated with new flooring and appliances. The pool was amazing during the heat wave. The Sharc passes and access to the boat launch and pickleball courts were a huge plus!

The property was clean and well stocked with what we needed. It didn’t appear the garbage had been picked up from the renters prior to us, so there wasn’t much room for us to throw garbage away, but that was the only inconvenience we had.

Perfect summer get away
The house was perfect for our group. The loft for the kids and two nice bedrooms for the adults. Plenty of kitchen items for eating. .Access to a pool across the street and the SHARC passes was wonderful. Two bikes for us to use was also really nice. All in all a great place to stay.

This cabin is badly beaten up! The walls and carpet are covered in stains. Each dining room chair was partially broken. The beds were so hard that my hips are sore. The stove and oven smoked when turned on. There was one functioning fan in the place during stifling hot weather. We had to watch our toddler constantly because there was no baby gate for the stairs. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable. I want to be clear that this is not the fault of the cleaning staff. This cabin is in dire need of repair, paint, new carpet, appliances and furniture.

Disappointing
We've been coming to Sunriver for years, and this was our first bad experience. The only reason to rent the houses in this area is the pool, which was unfortunately the only pool in Sunriver that was closed. The lock on the garage door was broken, so the key didn't work. We were told to just not use it... which meant there was no where to park and no bikes. The house itself is really outdated but fine. Be aware though- the kitchen is very understocked. There's not enough pots and pans to make a meal for a family. We had to get creative, and borrow from friendly neighbors, until a store was open. Vacasa was really nice about it though, they called us back as soon as they figured out what was going on with the pool and garage. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing stay.

Very unhappy with the rental property. No A/C available in the house. Didn’t have access to pools, even though it was listed in the listing. Would be nice to have more communication about pool access with the resort. If I would have known we wouldn’t have access, I never would have booked the house.

We have stayed at these before, we love the cabin floor plan with the loft. However, this cabin needs to be updated and especially stocking the kitchen.
