「The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. 「We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.」

「Great location and beautiful room within the palace walls. Would be VERY difficult to navigate with large pieces of luggage. Narrow circular staircase to the room. We had rental car, so left large luggage there and only took small carryon to the room. 」
