"Great neighborhood. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Fairly quiet. As one who has allergies, I was slightly disappointed with not being able to use the ceiling fan. The blades were covered in dust, and I couldn't reach them to clean. Should be cleaned/wiped periodically. Also, there is a need for exterminator services. Seems like the apartment is running on "auto-pilot" with basic cleaning being done between customers but without the deep cleaning necessary that should be done...

"This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient.
