「For a quick weekend getaway without the children, I was disappointed. My husband and I wanted to spend time together, but he had a conference each day from 8-4 so I was on my own at your property. 3/4 of the TV channels did not work "low signal." A plastic component from one of the whirlpool jets came shooting out at me in the water. The carpet looked as if it hadn't been touched by a vacuum in some time. 「The staff was tremendous!!!! We originally booked a different hotel but had to leave as a result of an emergency. We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. A big thank you to Matt who helped us shuffle from one hotel to another. We will definitely be back」

「The entrance stunk bad..there were cops outside..someone was sleeping on the side of the building...the hallways stunk..the bathroom door looks like someone kicked it in...the staff at the front desk was not helpful..do not go there」

「It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay.」

「Do NOT stay at this property. The pictures are inaccurate, and the sign indicates it is a MOTEL, not a hotel. It was unsafe with people loitering in the parking lot. The employees at check in were behind glass. My daughter and I did not feel safe and had to leave to find a different hotel. Both the hotel and Expedia refused to assist, even though we did not stay, putting our safety first.」

「The motel is an older one but the rooms are clean, the staff is pleasant and helpful, the outdoor is very large, there is a bar at the pool and a bar inside too that’s open to midnight, there is plenty of parking, a free breakfast from 7-10 am, and the location is very convenient about halfway between downtown New Hope and Peddlar’s Village in Doylestown, on Rt 202.」

「Front desk staff were fantastically helpful to us. We had a bit of booking confusion and had ended up double booking our stay - once through the hotel directly and once through a third party. Didn't realize it until we went to check in, on a busy weekend. They cancelled their reservation for us without any hesitation or any charges, even though we were well past the free cancellation date and time. Entirely our mistake and would have been entirely within their rights to charge us and they chose...

「My husband and I loved our stay at Hyatt Place. The minute we walked in we felt welcomed by the staff. Room was clean and spacious. My husband loved the living room area, where he was able to sit and watch the t.v. while I was in the bedroom area checking up on my texts. He wants to return to Hyatt place and stay a couple of days longer, because we only had an overnight stay. Let's not forget the breakfast, which was delicious and we had a lot of options.
