「Worst lodging experience my family has ever had. Booked via Expedia for two nights (~$1,000) for a family weekend in Asheville. The name is misleading — the property is not on or near the Biltmore Estate. There is an undisclosed “no children under 17” policy, never made clear at booking. Great location, style and personality (scent!), lobby, staff, valet guys are awesome!, Bars are great, coffee shop is great, gym is only okay….views of the parking lot aren’t great—which is what suites have so not ideal….views out the front onto the street are better but can be loud.
