"Clean room which was an upgrade from a regular king size bed room. There was an off smell to the room that made me feel uncomfortable but I used fabric spray freshener to alleviate that a bit. It wasn’t a bad or unclean smell by any means, but it was slightly off-putting. Otherwise, the location and hospitality were excellent."

"The location was great and such a bang for your buck! We were close to the biltmore, downtown and any destination. The check in was seamless, and communication was great. We had to extend an extra night for a medical reason and it was extremely easy to get done fast. "
