“This is the second time we've stayed at the Mason Freehouse, it was lovely the first time we stayed, which made us keen to return. Although it is now under new management, it's clear that the lovely, friendly, warm welcoming atmosphere is something the staff are keen to retain. We're looking forward to coming back and staying again, as the plans for new menus sound fantastic. Room sizes and facilities are very adequate for a short stay. “Just enjoyed an excellent 2 night stay at The Royal. Booked on recommendations from friends. Set right in the middle of KL, so fantastic location. No carpark, but we had no trouble parking as the general car parks to the front and rear of the hotel and ampld places to park overnight around the hotel. We did have to be mindful of moving the car throughout the day, due to timecrestrictions on car parks and our visit was off peak in January. Not sure how easy parking would be throughout the rest of……

“A clean comfortable and cozy place friendly and welcoming with an attentive staff. We stayed for 4 nights in late November and would stay again. The room was clean and comfortable if a little small, though the en-suite bathroom off an inside hallway didn’t have much heat and was freezing. (It seems the floor heater wasn’t working and the staff couldn’t fix immediately). Aside from that, no issues.
