“The location and size were exactly what we were looking for. We were traveling with another couple and the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was perfect. We were not planning to do any cooking and wanted to be able to walk to restaurants. This location was perfect, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, just steps from the door. The decor was exquisite. Kitchen, bar, and bathrooms well equipped. Very clean! Quiet in the evenings. Easy drive to visit sites in Bentonville and Fayetteville. Will……

“The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. There was an atmosphere of genuine welcome from the moment we arrived -- and we certainly plan to return! ”

“The host was incredibly responsive. The property was fantastic. The view was amazing. The best part was the dogs. There were two friendly dogs who appeared soon after our arrival. They were well mannered and stayed with us on the deck all weekend. It was as if they had always been our dogs. ”

“This review is for the downstairs single unit. It is very clean and comfortable for a single traveler or a couple. Very quiet, and serene with a beautiful view of the lake. It is on a hillside, and Four Seas Road is gravel hill up to the property. It is not a good road for a heavy cruiser type motorcycle, it wouldn’t be an issue for an adventure type motorcycle or a trike. The hosts are awesome, and helpful. I enjoyed staying here and I would absolutely book this location again. Thank you!”

“Our stay was okay. This is a remodeled, but old, townhome that’s in moderate condition. The neighbors who lived next to this unit were loud and disruptive until well past midnight, outside yelling and causing a fuss each night we stayed. The area itself is nice and convenient, but the home was only okay. The furniture and appliances and such were all as cheap as can be. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows might as well have been rocks. Everything was just so cheaply done -……
