“Overall, this place was just ok. There were minor cosmetic things that could have used some refreshing like the corroded sink drain, damaged sheetrock and peeling caulk/trim around the shower. The towel bar fell off numerous times, and we gave up trying to put it back up. Location was convenient to the places we wanted to visit, although the driveway was quite tricky to navigate parking our boat and truck. We did not know how to access the garage and didn't want to bother the host so we didn't……

“Serene, beautiful location & very clean. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to arrive to a few snacks. Host did a great job with check in instructions and with prompt replies.The living room furniture is not comfy. It's not furniture where you can kick back and relax. The house had a musty / mildewy smell. When reported to the host that we were struggling with the air quality and my husband couldn't stop coughing, I was told the property did NOT have a musty smell and that it was NW Arkansas……

“I enjoyed the privacy of the compound. The accommodations were very nice. I walked around the property and enjoyed the water features and other interesting buildings on the grounds. I'll be back next year during my annual trip to Bentonville. ”

“Peaceful and charming cottage. Great use of space. We appreciated it being pet friendly. No coffee pot but we left one. The WiFi worked well. We did not have cell coverage, however we appreciated that. Close to Lost Bridge for boating or kayaking. Recommend eating at LOMA. We also enjoyed the Gratto. The meal and cocktails were great at both restaurants.”
