“Dejligt sted både for alene rejsende og par - Lad vær med at bruge energi på morgenmaden, hvis man overhovedet kan kalde det det? - Smut ned på nærmeste hjørne og få en plain croissant og en espresso. Selve check-ud delingen er MÆRKELIG - Man skal selv låse sig ud 4 forskellige steder, og samtidig lade nøglerne ligge på hotellet. Den procedure skal vidst gentænkes.”

“The hotel looked like a museum with all of the statues, incredible chandeliers, mosaic tile floors and artwork lining the hallways. I love how the hotel was very historic but the spa was very contemporary. The room was good for sleeping, dark and quiet, although the pillows were not great and the mattress was harder than I find comfortable. Wonderful amenities and location. Truly the grandest of the hotels along the lake.”

“The stay is very wonderful! The room is well-decorated and clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The quality of the 2-euro breakfast worths far more than it costs. If I come back to Bergamo, will definitely book it again. Rmb to inform the reception of wt time u will arrive 1-2 days in advance as it's a small hotel with 6 rooms, staff is not always here.”

“Hotel was gorgeous but a few things let it down. 1. I had to chase for the ZTL exemption and the key code to enter the property 2. When we arrive the car gates did not open using the code we had been provided, this had to be updated after I had called 3. Coffee machine in room did not work 4. Shower head fell off when we were using it 5. Hairdryer did work, then stopped working half way through 6. No towels for our daughter, just two sets put out 7. Safe could not be opened, luckily did not……

“Rooms were exceptionally clean. They were made up every day, exactly as each guest wished. Rooms were very quiet, views were exceptionally beautiful. Location, although seemingly isolated, was very easy to access, including taxis, bus, funicular, good walking paths.”

“Struttura con del potenziale perchè immersa nel verde ma purtroppo ha delle pecche secondo me importanti. Una su tutte la completa mancanza di aria condizionata che, con gli attuali 34 gradi, si fa sentire. Il piccolo ventilatore in dotazione purtroppo con questi caldi non basta più. La colazione davvero molto scarsa con mini brioche confezionate e 2 pezzetti di torta non più fresca, qualche fetta di prosciutto e dei panini. Se ci fosse più impegno nel gestire la struttura avrebbe sicuramente……

“Sehr schlecht erreichbar, über Serpentinen und ntinen in die Berge, bräuchte morgens zum Flughafen 1 Stunde 25 Minuten, Stau, Stop en Go ohne Ende . Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster gegen eine Betonwand um den Berg ab zu stützen war wirklich das letzte, die Zimmer an der Vorderseite haben sicherlich eine tolle Aussicht, dort wohnen Sie auch selbst ”
