“The house was just as it was advertise. We were very close to Harper’s Ferry on a very quiet street. Just wished there was more than one kitchen towel and that the propane for the bar-b-cue wasn’t empty. But Walmart wasn’t too far away to buy more. ”

“Loved our stay! The house is so clean, lots of space and minimal clutter. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner! Loved the cabin feel and natural light and cozy fireplace! Beds were comfortable! ”

“Overall, we had a great stay! There was plenty to do in the local area, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The game room was a lot of fun—the ping pong table was a big hit for us adults; however, the foosball table would probably be more enjoyable for kids, as it is on the smaller side. We also appreciated the closet stocked with board games.One highlight of our trip was rafting with River Riders—highly recommend asking for Jeff as your guide! He was fantastic!The cabin was just……

“The cabin was a really lovely weekend break for a small group (5 adults), it has an intimate feel, the hosts were lovely and communicated well! Hot tub was clean, everything was as described in the post!”

“The home was clean and lovely. Right on the Shenandoah River! Unfortunately most of our time was spent either working (The wifi was most excellent!) or traveling between families homes, so we did not have a lot of time to just enjoy the house. I was able to get on the river a few times, and the kayaks provided were in good condition. We loved it so much we’re coming back in the spring!”
