Attractive and immaculately clean room. Located within walking distance of Unter den Linden, the historic part of Berlin and other tourist attractions. Places to eat nearby on Frederickstrasse to the north. Recommended

Upon check in, the heat in our room did not work. However, dealing in WhatsApp with off site staff, we were promptly relocated to room with functional heat. This was handled well. Room was clean, it’s a 3 block walk to check point Charlie. No complaints about my stay, the room did the trick

Room was clean but odd stains on the carpet , the water was out one of the days , the alarm went off another day . The dryer in the basement took over 2 hours to dry some clothing . This sounds like all bad things however the room itself was nice and spacious . No English t v at all which is fine no need for t v on vacation . The bathroom was lovely . I would come back even with the slight bumps in the road

Great apartment, great position.

Great place to stay. Really near underground station so easy to get everywhere (although also only a 20 minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate). Great facilities in hotel - able to prepare our own breakfasts and meals (there’s a Lidl nearby). Case storage, drink making facilities and loo’s available on day of departure until 20:00 a brilliant bonus.

Location was fantastic, 2 minutes from the Checkpoint Charlie Ubahn. Room was fairly small but clean, everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Good room - communication could be better

Good stay and the room it self was great. It is self service and you let yourself in with a PIN code. Arrived in Germany before receiving PIN code would have been happier with having the PIN code in advance. Missing BBC World on TV - only 6 German channels available. No security latch on door. Friendly cleaners.

Excellent location! Walkable to most popular sights, museums, canal cruises. Building is clean, safe & the rooms are same. Perfectly equipped, modern, lovely, comfy, cozy bed. Dining varieties close by & a small efficient grocery store if you need. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. Walkable to Central Station.

Only thing we would say was the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t great. Apart from that couldn’t fault it, clean, comfortable and great location.

Great location

It was a great place to stay. Excellent location and the facilities were mostly really great. Only a couple of issues. The bathroom needs a vent. It’s like a sauna. It would be good to have housekeeping on at least one day to get fresh towels etc. we also had a lot of noise from construction on the last morning that was very inconvenient at 0715 am.

When we stayed there it was quiet. What was a little bit weird, is that they said we got an upgrade, but that was not true. We got the rooms we booked, so that was okay. Further the communications was okay and super easy to get in your rooms.

The property has a very nice frontage and the decor inside is simple and provides everything one needs as a launch pad. It's very close to Tempodron music venue and Checkpoint Charlie. The transport around Berlin is fantastic, so everything we wanted to see was accessible. The communication from Numa via Whatsapp was great too. Very helpful and speedy. My one complaint was the breakfast options, but also the quality of the food. This was not what we were expecting, so I'd be wary of booking breakfast again with a Numa hotel as it wasn't worth the money.

Good, reasonably priced stay

I picked this hotel for a short sight seeing break just before Christmas. It is conveniently located near to Checkpoint Charlie and the U-bahn. The stay felt a little strange on arrival compared to many since there is no reception; it is all done via their website, app or WhatsApp, resulting in a pin code supplied before arrival. It all worked just fine for me, no issues getting to my room at all. There is a small lounge area inside the front door, but otherwise it is mostly just the rooms. Mine was one of the ones with a kitchenette - so microwave, fridge, small hob, sink and matching utensils. It is good for a small amount of cooking, but nothing very big. The room was a reasonable size, and bed was comfy. Had everything you might expect. It looked out into a light well in the middle of the building and had a door that could open into this which was good if it got too hot. Not complaints, was a good place to stay.

The location was very good there was an underground right outside and a bus stop down the road. I would note that the under ground is under the hotel so it can be very noisy. No workers to greet you. Don’t think I saw a worker the entire time I was there. You check in yourself, you do everything via WhatsApp. No human touch at all. The room smelt like sewage and carpet was hard. You have pay for your room to be cleaned which I thought was stupid and should be included in your bill. Doors did not have any chains on and as a female made me feel unsafe.
