Nice hotel in Berlin
Very good stay at Nhow hotel, the hotel provides free cars and bikes for inhouse guest renting. Also, breakfast was the best one that I had in the areas, great!! The hotel location is very close to the Wall Museum and boat pier, you can walk there easily.

Very impressive view for the hotel. And breakfast has variety of choices. Then the location is quite OK for you can easily walk around and has lots to see. However, i got a very bad day when the housekeeping did not lock my door after making the room. And the bed sheet is keeping unchaged for 3 days. Which can be improved later on.

Das Hotel hat sehr junges und sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind modern und sehr ruhig. Für mich unpassend war nur eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen, aber wir bekamen eine zweite Decke. Auffallend war das Angebot an kostenfreien Süßigkeiten und das riesige Frühstücksbufett.

Zustand des Hotel
Toilettendeckel gebrochen, Tapete löst sich von der Wand, Sauberkeit nicht überall gegeben. Wo dieses noch am Abend der Anreise bemängelt wurde, wurde nur gesagt man soll es morgens bei der Abreise klären. Dieses wurde gemacht das Personal hat sich leider auch nicht dafür interessiert. „Man würde im Hotel renovieren, es gibt ja auch Zimmer die schlimmer aus sehen.“ Es wurde nach einer Lösung gefragt aber gleich gesagt wenn es ein stört kann man eine E-Mail schreiben. Keine Wertschätzung, Gutschein oder eine Entschuldigung.

Bon hôtel, très bien placé, avec une décoration autour de la musique, un peu passée de goût. Mais les chambres sont grandes et agréables avec un côté kitch sympa moins ringard que les parties communes de l’hôtel. Par contre, aucun moyen d’écouter de la musique en chambre par une connectique Bluetooth notamment (cela ne fonctionnait pas sur la tv). Dommage au regard du thème de l’hôtel.

Customer Service Not Up to Par
The hotel itself had a number of nice elements like the convenience store albeit overpriced was quite convenient. The gym was nice and the free water there was a lovely touch. It wasn't obvious; however, where the saunas were located. The location is lovely for a run or stroll and it's close to the East Side Gallery. The bartender downstairs; however, tinged the whole stay negatively by lacking basic customer service cordiality and rolling his eyes in an obvious way and mocking us as we tried to get the sliding doors to open which were slow. We hadn't addressed him and his obviously negative attitude and bravado felt egotistical. Made me not want to frequent the downstairs/bar area.
