“Heads up for anyone wanting to rent this place: We had our stay cancelled at the last second. This guest house is part of a larger property that is its own separate listing, but if someone rents the main property they can use the guest house too and you'd never know because VRBO will say it's still available. The host seemed apologetic though, and we did get a refund, but we had to go through VRBO to get it because he was not answering any phone calls or emails. The place looks nice, and I'm……

“Cute little spot a short walk to the main three oaks area. Was a little weird to not have a kitchen and the fridge is tiny, smaller than it looks in the pics. This small place is well laid out where it didn’t feel too tight and was nice to have a desk and dinning table.”
