「I just stayed for one night- visiting family. The family was friendly and also gave me space. My favorite thing was the pond, with many koi fish. My area included a bedroom , bathroom with sauna, and a rec room with a giant tv, treadmill, ping pong table and fooz ball table. The bed was very comfortable and the night was peaceful. 「My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes....

「Very attentive hosts, comfortable stay. This home has two very comfortable king beds, and all the basics you need. The air conditioning and pool were just perfect for our arrival in the heat of August. The location was convenient, with a grocery store within a mile, and we walked to a couple restaurants and drug store. Also across the street was access to a park with walking trail. 」

「Came to Paradise for a family event and found the accommodations to be quite nice, unit is very clean and the view of the canyon is perfect when enjoying coffee in the morning. Was good to have dedicated parking, no need to worry about is the spot going to be open when I return.
