“Good.”

“The hotel is located approximately 4 kilometers from the city center in a quiet environment, offering ample free parking. It features a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Good hotel.”

“The best!!!”

“I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. We queued before another couple, but the waiter ignored us and then claimed there were no indoor tables, forcing us into a cold, semi-outdoor area. “The room rate is attractive and the services are up to level. We will definitely come back to stay this hotel again.”

“一切都非常好，无可挑剔”

“服务非常棒！极力推荐，但前提是自己有车，否则恐怕不方便到达。”

“Nice”

“Spacious clean room and comfortable beds, nice staff, free easy parking, quality of breakfast buffet was so so, overall was so good. ”

The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a……

“Superbe séjour dans un endroit grandiose.”

“We were asked to pay at the hotel and it’s different from my booking experience with hotel.com that paid to hotel.com directly I’m not sure if this is normal.”

“It was a great experience staying in the hotel. Extremely friendly staff always put an extra effort to serve. For sure will stay there again.”
