"The location was perfect for our Dreams Park trip. Being less than 15 mins from the field was ideal for in between games trips to cool off or eat lunch (and for our toddler to take much needed naps!) The view from the back deck is beautiful and peaceful. The living space was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials. Clean and comfortable! If we end up in this area again we will 100% try and book here if it’s available. "

"The house was lovely for us to attend Cooperstown dreams we stayed with a few families and had an amazing time. We cook s’mores on the fire pit we swim in the pool and we made big group dinners and used the dining room room multiple times throughout the week. Sam was an amazing host and when we reached out to him, he was incredibly attentive and helpful the house is more rustic, which made it even more charming for us"
