GREAT! * needs more lighting in living room and kitchen

Wonderful location. Easy access. Comfortable sofa, table, counter. Nicely equipped kitchen, towels. Larger shower plenty of hot water. easy to operate exterior shades. Terrace!!! wow ] Close to EVERYTHING. Halles market, shops, beach, walk. Stay here.

Un appartement très bien placé avec une vue magnifique. La décoration est très sympa même si l’état général commence à se dégrader. La présence d’un parking est un atout non négligeable même si la place réservée n’est pas très pratique pour une grosse voiture.

Appartement négligé

Appartement négligé avec une forte odeur de moisi à notre arrivé. Lorsque nous commençons la visite des lieux, nous constatons qu’il y avait effectivement de la moisissure sur les murs! Bris d’équipement de cuisine ( tiroir ) Le proprio avait déjà été avisé de l’état des lieux mais n’a rien fait. Nous avons discuter avec Nicolas ( agent de Keyweek) pour lui faire part de notre insatisfaction. Il nous propose d’envoyer une femme de ménage ou changer de logement ce que nous avons refusé! Nous demandons un remboursement, qui a été fait, et nous avons commencé à chercher un hôtel pour les sept jours de location ! Perte de temps Ça commence mal des vacances! Ma famille et moi avons l’habitude de louer nos maisons et appartements avec VRBO mais suite à cette mauvaise expérience une crainte s’est maintenant installée !

Terrasse exceptionnelle avec vue sur l’océan

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce logement. Joliment décoré, propre et fonctionnel. Grande Terrasse exceptionnelle avec vue sur l’océan et bruit des vagues. Proximité de la grande plage. En plein centre ville près des Halles et avec le luxe dans Biarritz...une place de parking privative. Un voisin a juste attiré notre attention sur le fait que nous avions de la chance d’être en période de Covid et que du coup la boite de nuit à côté était fermée car en temps normal et surtout au mois d’août il y a des nuisances sonores dans la rue.

Appartamento piccolo ma ben fornito. Bellissima vista oceano , direttamente sulla Grande Spiaggia. Unico diffetto il bagno, veramente piccolo e poco comodo.

Een indrukwekkend zicht

Wij komen al jaren naar Biarritz. Eerst waren wij hotel klanten, maar we dachten dit jaar iets nieuws uit te proberen en een appartement te huren. Nou, weet maar dat wij vanaf nu altijd zo gaan reizen. Mijn vrouw wou van het zonnetje genieten en ik wou surfen! Blue Moon was het perfecte idee: een terras met zicht op het strand. Wij zijn ook altijd blij om nieuwe restaurantjes te proberen en Keyweek met wie we geboekt hebben heeft alles voor ons georganiseerd. We zullen zeker terug zijn !

Weekend de Rêve !

Nous avons passé un fabuleux weekend dans l'appartement Bluemoon. La terrasse est immense et la vue unique. La localisation est parfaite pour tout faire à pied et la place de parking privée est point fort. Merci à toute l'équipe Keyweek, nous reviendrons !

Un petit bijou à Biarritz

Amoureux de Biarritz depuis des générations nous étions à la recherche d'un bien d'exception pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. Blue Moon est un véritable cocon, confortable et offrant toutes les prestations nécessaires pour un séjour réussi... Mon mari m'a fait une surprise en commandant un plateau de fruits de mer auprès de l'équipe Keyweek qui nous a régalés avec une délicieuse bouteille de champagne. Merci encore, une véritable réussite!
