Open the front door and you'll find a grand staircase leading to the living areas.
Upstairs, on the left, you'll find 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet. The right-hand side of the apartment features a kitchen opening onto a vast living-dining room.

The house has a garage.
Access to convenience stores in 1 minute on foot.
Access to the large beach or the Miramar beach in 7 minutes on foot.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 9am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 9am and after 7pm, an additional charge will be applied:

From 7pm to 10pm - €50

From 10:00 pm to midnight - €80

Midnight to 6:00am - €120

From 6h00 to 9h00 - €80
