「We stayed here while attending a wedding in the city, and it was a wonderful experience. We had a late check-in because the wedding ran late, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered the next day was just as friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, and the excellent customer service made our stay even better. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「The room was clean but the water in the tub didn’t drain well and the toilet couldn’t be flushed soon after the previous flush. The AC fan didn’t shut off at all. The front staff was very rushed in checking us in. The employee in the breakfast area wasn’t really helpful in the morning. But it was quiet and there was ample, easy parking. The location is right off the highway which is also helpful.」

「雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」
