「Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. 」

「The condo was super nice and perfect if you’re looking for something on the (old) west side. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there was no AC as the condo has an evaporative cooler so in the winter it switches to heat only so it was HOT. El Paso had a very hot Christmas this year, it was 75 degrees the whole week we were there so not having that AC was not ideal as the condo reached 82 inside. 「Perfect. Easy Location for El Paso. We stayed here for a 2 week visit with my brother in law at White Acres, only a 7 minute drive. The location was excellent and close to many stores and restaurants Apartment was cleaned and had everything we needed complex is well maintained. We especially enjoyed the courtyard and spent several lovely evenings outside. Thanks for a great stay.」
