"I was checked into a room with a non working lock on the inside. I was moved to the only other room available and that door would not lock from the outside. The place was really run down and communication was difficult. The second room did not have any TV reception. I didn’t even stay 10 minutes and just left. They refused to refund my money. "

He wa , clean, well-appointed and conveniently located in relation to attractions from Del Rio to Kickapoo Caverns, Seminole Canyon, Devil’s River and Lake Amistad. I also have to give high marks to the host. He was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We will return to this Texas region and will happily book this space again. "

"We stayed a few days for a getaway and it was a very quiet. The view is not the nicest as you are in front of a big run down factory looking building with some broken windows but we did not spend much time looking out the windows. It had mostly everything we needed, and it was worth the price! Id recommend for a cozy quiet clean place to stay. The communication with the property manager was great.
