"This is a very basic hotel. Don’t expect any extras like a free breakfast. There is a restaurant on site, but we didn’t go to it. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area within a short drive or walk. For a short stay, it’s fine. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Just small and basic. It’s a short driving distance to the city centre and about a half hours drive to Peggy’s Cove. The staff weren’t pleasant or unfriendly. An average stay at best. You may find a better option at a chain hotel."
