「Not much parking in front of hotel they blocked off the area by the doors. Many questions about my service dog and needed to see my official documents which I did not have with me. So I was charged for having a pet.A/C unit loud and would cut in and out which in turn kept waking me up. 」

「Room could be cleaner: bathroom light switch, walls could use a wipe down. Breakfast, bland instant eggs, undercooked hadhbrowns, sausage with bleachy aftertaste, waffles are ok, the little ones end up mushy, stick with the big one. Pancake machine might be a better idea. Toast machine requires 3 passes to lightly toast an English muffin. Pool, either overcrowded or completely unusable, our last morning there we’re told the hottub will require several hours to warm up, and the pool maintenance...

「The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered in hospitality. They helped me get my missing jacket (lost and found) shipped back to me. Before that though on our first night they helped get a room with a better desk in it. Everyone says hi, good morning, etc. I wish more hotels had good staff. They need a little TLC time on the room furniture. We actually moved two separate rooms due to wobbly desks (my family can be klutzy) and bad desks were in both rooms....

「Pretty clean, just a little tired and worn. You get what you pay for and this is a budget hotel. Cheap and cheerful but not fancy. 」

「It was cheap and it should have been. I requested water glasses or coffee cups and was given a cardboard soup bowl and told they didn't have and glasses or cups. No coffee either. Our outer door didn't seal, actually allowing light and breeze through. Think twice before booking here!」
