"Took a deposit of 50$ and it has been close to a month now and still have not received my deposit back yet called the hotel and was told the system is down. Never asked for my phone number to call me back and rectify the situation feel like I was being blown off. Will never stay here again. Also found live cockroaches crawling in the bathroom absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was dirty had to go buy chemicals and clean it myself."

"I was charged over twice the allowable rate for this room which was clearly price gouging due to a local sports event abd the staff refused to help me with Expedia that refused to refund my credit card. The rooms have no phone jacks. If you travel without plugs, you can’t charge your devices. This is a very dated hotel, and while clean, is not as advertised and I’m reporting them to the AG."

"Great place to stay for multi-generational family. Very clean bedding, bath, kitchen and amenities. The view of the lake is breathtaking and the fire pit is a great addition. There is plenty of parking. Near Raystown Lake for fishing, boating, and bike riding. Highly recommended."

"Breakfast was ok, the room was run down bathroom water damage, ac was noisy, thermostat hanging off the wall did not work, tv remote only works it you hold it 6 inches from the tv. Not a restful night! Not staying at this hotel again! "
