「heater in first room was noisy and second room the air conditioner thermostat was broke so it kept running and froze us until we shut it off. breakfast was ok. when I booked the room, it advertised they had a hot tub, when we got to the hotel, the front desk said it was gone five years ago.」

「Nice」

「The room smelled like a dirty musty basement. They got me another room, same smell... thought i could deal with it, but then found a few hairs in the bed and I was just so disgusted that I left and got a refund. Don't book here. There's so many other places in the area that dont have rooms that smell like the inside of a moldy boot. It's not the weather, it's tbe building, the carpets, the walls, etc.... hilton should be embarrassed to call this a hilton property. Smh」
