“My sister and I booked our stay in home suite 2 by Hilton back in Jan 19 as we had a rehearsal dinner and wedding to attend in Aug 1. I also called one week ahead to confirm both booking. Arriving there, they told me that the hotel was overbooked and I need to move to next door hotel because I booked with a third party, and that my sister’s room was cancelled with no reason. I told him that I need to stay in this hotel as all friends and family will be staying here and that the shuttle from the……

“The freezer section was extremely cold, and the refrigerator would not get cold, kept freezing stuff and putting it in refrigerator to keep cold. Told front desk and seemed nothing was done! We were there 3 days”

“Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room.”

“I just want to give everybody a heads up on this place. Do not use a third-party app to try and book a stay here. They will refuse your reservation and say it is not valid. They do not have a pool that is working, TVs aren't programmed, and the breakfast is very limited. and half the property is under construction and running under a different name. The hotel concierge was rude and disrespectful, and I do not recommend this hotel. Stay at your own risk!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had such a cozy, homey atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was well-maintained throughout our stay. We were in town visiting my husband's hometown, and this was the perfect place to stay. We'd definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in the area!”

“My room was very spacious and functional. Lots of hot water, TV worked fine. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff was very efficient and helpful. Shout out to Renee on the desk as being exceptionally helpful. Only negative is that the WIFI was intermittent at best and very slow.”
