「My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.」

「We have stayed here twice and the staff, cleanliness, hotel ambiance and amenities are excellent. Check in staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is inexpensive and the staff is working hard to keep food refreshed and they were very pleasant. The hotel and eating areas are nicely decorated and comfortable too. We are happy to have found this hotel for when we visit family in Kalamazoo.」

「I picked this hotel based on having a pool and a hot tub. Overall, it is a nice conference hotel. Stay was only OK for me because the hot tub needed repair (bubbler not working) but we could still use it but the water was only a bit hotter than lukewarm. They unexpectedly closed he pool area for an hour in order to make repairs to the hot tub but it made not difference. It is the little things that matter. Dylan was particularly helpful at check-in」

「Heat lamp in bathroom didn't work. Only one chair in room for two people (their pictures show two chairs in rooms). No clock or phone in room. Exercise room was inaccessible. Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. Trash vehicle pickup at 4:15AM right outside our window. Dressers and nightstands were filthy (items left from previous occupants as well...

「Disgusting, through the halls the smell was so bad. The smell lingered so bad it was on your clothing. Hand prints were everywhere on the glass and elevators. Blood, feces, urine and it all built up in corners and on the walls of the hotel.」

「The hotel was clean and well maintained. No coffee pot in the room. Breakfast was terrible. Ran out of coffee several times. I only had half a cup of coffee that morning. Also, ran out of sausage, bread for toast, milk for cereal, omelets were very brown. I don’t think anyone saw the pancake machine and I don’t know if there was pancake mix available or not. Was very disappointing.」

「This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip. Very spacious, clean, with great amenities. My only feedback is that housekeeping did not clean every other day as promised.」

「We were told that the rooms had kitchenettes, which, in fact they did not, and then we paid for four days. My husband went into the room, seen that there was bugs turned around and walked out, went to the desk and asked for a refund and we were told no that was $500 that they took from us that they refuse to refund even after we told them to keep the money for the one night and a refund the remaining days they told us no.」
