Hotel was very good, clean and a very good location in Amsterdam

Streets and local area dirty with rubbish. Hotel lovely

Great location, easy to access all areas of the city either on foot or using the public transport system. Room was clean and tidy, however it was located in the basement which fronted the main road. Access to the room was right next to the breakfast area. It was called a deluxe room. Unfortunately that was not an accurate description at all. Two single b ds pushed together with a mattress topper finishing off the ensemble. Evertime we left the room we would literally bump into someone grabbing food. Not ideal at all.

Very easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming. One of the best hotel experiences in Amsterdam. All receptionists were super helpful. A pleasant surprise, I will be back!

As others have mentioned, this hotel had the basics and was fine for us for what we needed for the night. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Great location in city center. We had the quadruple room, so 4 twin beds and a basic bathroom. There was no ac in our particular room, so we had to choose between opening the windows for a cooler room (which meant listening to the noise of the streets below for most of the night), or having the windows closed and being too warm. We wouldn’t have slept great either way. It was fine for one night, but I don’t think I’d want that for an extended stay.
