「The staff was very accomodating with our requests and informative with activities we can do around the resort. The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. 」

Badrummet har bara dusch, vilket är lite opraktiskt om man inte vill få håret blött. Men det finns en liten hylla precis utanför duschen, praktiskt att ställa sina egna produkter där. 「Staff and the view was good but this place is in remote area only access to the hotel is by hotel truck. This place is fair away from city or beaches with no access to transport and the hotel’s transportation is very expensive with time limitations because after 10pm They close then no support or answer by phone. we get for our check in by 10:40pm it was miserable no answer by phone, instructions or support we was stopped by armed guards in the middle of hill with heavy luggages. Really bad...

「The room was disgusting. The bathroom water was brown. The toilet wouldn’t flush and when we asked someone about fixing it they say it flushed and when we checked it wasn’t. We left. You can find way nicer hotels in el Nido for the same price or for even cheaper. This hotel is nasty and filled with bugs. Staff wasn’t helpful at all.」
