Only stayed one night but had a very pleasant stay. Had a problem with the room we were originally given but the lady on reception sorted it out and moved us to an upgraded room. Both were actually very nice rooms aside from our issues in the first one we were given , which I believe we're related to ongoing refurbishments. Had a reasonably priced breakfast (£10 each) which was very good quality, well presented and the lady managing the breakfast room could not have been more helpful to everyone there, she was a credit to the hotel. Recommended.

Lovely place to stay over night!

I just enjoyed the stay at the hotel, all conditions provided. You basically have everything you need, all the comfort you’re looking for when travel.

Rooms were basic, travelodge quality for a premium price not what you expect from a Hilton brand. Parking was a pain, had to move car due to different charges in different locations within same carpark, badly signposted. Parking payment system was terrible also. Staff however were great so proactive, helpful and friendly couldn’t have wished for a better service. Shame about hotel.
