“The hotel staff was understanding and supportive while dealt with missing luggage for four days. Helped me find places to shop and offered suggestions to help ease the stress. We were there for 8 nights and the staff was amazing from the first. ”

“The bathroom had drips of tea or coffee on the floor, the glasses in the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly and the floor had not been swept. The spoons for the tea /coffee facility had heavy staining, they needed a proper clean or once through the dishwasher. My wife and I straightened the bed, but there was no attempt to make the bed properly!”
