This room provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is one room with two beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm in length, which also has an exit leading to the terrace. Another room houses a pull-out bed suitable for two people, measuring 2 x 90 cm by 190 cm in length.

The house is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. There is also a shower/WC on the main level.
