「They didn’t answer the phone call even though we called several times after reaching airport. Somehow one local guy called and requested for the pick up but they denied. They also said that they don’t have any booking information as we didn’t book directly to them. However, after reaching hotel by a local taxi they accepted our booking confirmation but they cheated on the room that we booked. They only gave us one corner suit instead of two. They said 2nd corner suit is unavailable. 2nd room...
