「staff very pleasant and helpful great location re landmarks and restaurants and shopping and tube station all in walking distance room itself very small w bed comfortable but tub super tall, hard to get in/out of shower and no place but the floor to open/spread out my suitcase/things. and IDK if it was cause I booked online vs direct but I had a beautiful view of....... a brick wall. literally 6" away. felt kinda claustrophobic ....kinda room that should only be used when the hotel is totally...

「Good high-quality room and excellent breakfast with helpful staff. But you check in and enter through a very crowded and noisy pub, nothing like a hotel experience. Once past that, the room and amenities are good, although the room and shower are both very small.」

「Deluxe room was smallish. Bathroom small. AC system kept automatically cycling between cool and heat, necessitating waking up at 3am to change back to heat. Sofa bed was awful and will hurt your back. Plus was there is onsite washer and dryer, altho dryer required 6 lbs in coins, which the front desk may or may not have. Area was kinda dead at nite. Heard police sirens all nite long from my 3d floor room. 」

「A bit noisy as opposite to ambulance station. 」

「The location is convenient, just 5 mins walk to underground / train station. But need to carry the luggage thru stairs when accessing/leaving the hotel.」

「Lo peor del hotel su staff de recepción. Nefasto trato al cliente, no hubo comunicación previo a mi llegada pese a que les había mandado un correo. No trataron bien a mi esposa en el bar y eso deja mucho que desear. Una pena porque el hotel en sí está bien y su desayuno es bueno」
