「The air conditioning in the room is freezing, but I can't find the temperature control switch or remote.」

「This suited our needs as we were mostly out so only needed a place to sleep. Staff were nice.」

「We had an excellent experience in this hotel. It was the first time we visited this hotel. Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. We were particularly impressed by the service of Ali, proactive, considerate and detailed to meet our needs, even the unspoken. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and found them enjoyable. 」

「Beautiful and quiet hotel with a great atmosphere! The staff is amazing—super friendly and attentive. The pub is so cozy, and the food is great. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back! 10/10.」

「We had a fantastic stay at the Plough Inn. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the pub and restaurant were really great to relax in and feel like relaxing at home. The food was excellent as well. Would definitely return!」

「Nice and clean hotel with reasonable price. Good value for the breakfast」

「Very charming property with lovely staff and very good breakfast. Parking was good also. Great location. There are no elevators as it is a 15th century ex coaching inn so if there are any mobility issues or heavy suitcases it may be challenging. There is also no electric sockets in the bathroom for any shavers or electric toothbrushes. We couldn’t drink the tap water or even use for tea or coffee due to the soft water conditioner. Having said all of that we would definitely return but would...

「friendly staff, great breakfast」
