「Hotel palma is a lovely hotel. The breakfast is included and has good variety each day. The bathroom amenities are excellent and the decor of sage green was very nice. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping are so nice and helpful. The facilities of the spa and the private beach are great. The only thing was the bar staff were not very welcoming. For a hotel charging luxury rates, the local staff were consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and at times came across as vindictive when we raised concerns or asked for assistance. The property itself is beautiful, but hospitality matters—and unfortunately the staff experience overshadowed the setting. Saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück (viel unterschiedliches, gefüllte Kraut Taschen Mega), auch hier das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, schöner Pool. Generell sehr schöne Anlage und es gibt einen Tunnel zum Meer. Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermarkt. Man kommt schnell überall hin.」

They give you water bottles to use and have water dispensers throughout the hotel which was such a nice touch. The gym is one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to maintain a routine, it’s a great option. The area itself is near a marina but it’s most high mall like shopping....
