"We really enjoyed our stay here! Super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The area is super remote and super quiet. It’s a great get away. There is very little cell service along most of the northern coastline, but they had great WiFi at the house. Loved how everything was labeled in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner was stocked. Linens were clean. They had fun games, a gaming console and old VHSs and DVDs. We saw a ton of wildlife around the outside of the house including a black bear one night! Just a great little spot to retreat to. Just be aware that it is a 45 minute drive in from the main road. There is not much around so pack in what you need. Black Sands Beach is not a beach to be in the water in because of the riptides. So just be aware of that too. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get just away. "

"We had an amazing time and what a view! We loved drinking our morning coffee on the deck while watching the waves crash on the rocks, and the deer walking through the property! We even actually saw whales in the cove. We were surprised that we had no Internet reception there, but it was kind of nice to be cut off from the world for a day. It was so relaxing!"

"My bestie and I came gor the first few days then my daughter and her family joined us for the holiday weekend. I dont even know where to begin. The house and property are more beautiful than the pictures that are on line. The town is amazing and friendly. The little bistro coffee shop has amazing food. Back to the house. So welcoming and comfortable. Each room of the house has its own personality. The zen/yoga room was a great place to unwind and stretch. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of rock crawling and tide pooling. The yard is absolutely gorgeous and attracts all the wildlife. We saw a black bear,foxes,baby and momma deer. A big buck. Woodpeckers and even frogs. I cant thank our host enough for sharing her beautiful home with us. "
