“Facilities were good. Food was good. What made this stay were the hosts and the staff! Oh and the bar menu also helped. But genuinely, Mark and the team made us welcome and it felt like we had been staying here for years. Will definitely book again. ”

“Amazing new hotel in the heart of Blackpool! Lovely and clean, lift to every floor and nice big beds. Staff were lovely and there was an area to sit and eat food, and also a games room. Parking was tricky because you had to pay a lot for overnight parking, so I would find a free spot on the nearby streets instead. Also breakfast wasn’t included which would have been an added bonus! ”

“Amazing stay at the Valdene. The member of staff (I can’t remember his name) couldn’t have done enough for us or any other guests at the hotel, went out his way to be as helpful and accommodating. Pre ordered breakfast one morning for only £14 for two of us, food and service was once again amazing. Only niggle is I was a little too tall for the beds however, still slept well. Thank you for an amazing stay ”

“ Our hostess Diane was absolutely wonderful, attentive, friendly, kind and went above and beyond. It was my sister's birthday and Diane went out of her way to get her a card, cake and candle. We brought our excess dinner back and Diane put it in her private fridge and warmed it up when we were ready to eat it right in the middle of Emmerdale!!!! The whole place was neat, clean, beautifully kept. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, tissues, teas, coffee, milk, sweetener,……
