“Nice apartment, good location. A little more attention to detail on the part of the hosts would help: for example, the bathroom had soap, but no washcloths, shampoo, or body wash. The kitchen would benefit from a tea kettle in addition to the coffee maker. The living room furniture was not that comfortable. Instead of the massage chair, a large armchair would be nice. “The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens.……

“Ad was very misleading for "Airport Lodge". It was nothing but a basement apartment in a back alley. We never received any information on this reservation pertaining to the access code. We spent a good half an hour in front of the property trying to contact Expedia and the owner. We followed directions and walked to the back of the house for access. We are senior citizens and there was no way we could have treked our baggage that distance. We had to find a place more accessible for us and asked……
