“Nice apartment, good location. A little more attention to detail on the part of the hosts would help: for example, the bathroom had soap, but no washcloths, shampoo, or body wash. The kitchen would benefit from a tea kettle in addition to the coffee maker. The living room furniture was not that comfortable. Instead of the massage chair, a large armchair would be nice. “Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone……

“The pictures do not quite match the space. The "couch" in the living room is not actually a couch. It was very very uncomfortable as was the bed. It felt like it was a futon mattress and that is just too hard of a mattress for a vast majority of people. Not a great choice for a rental considering all types of people come to stay.The apartment was really cute but there was way too much furniture for how small the space is. “This is a difficult review to write because the property itself had a lot of charm, and the neighborhood was fantastic. But that’s not enough to deal with roaches. My experience was significantly impacted by pest issues. I checked in after 6:00 PM and immediately saw a roach. I contacted management right away by phone and email and provided photos and videos. Because there was a major festival in the area, I was unable to find alternative accommodations that evening. Later that night, after……

“Apartment was centrally located to the train into Philadelphia and very walkable to restaurants and stores. The check-in was very easy with very good communication. Additionally the apartment comes with a designated garage since on street parking is harder after 8 am. The apartment is very comfortable with two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A nice place to return to after touring the city.”
