「Staffs are so nice and helpful. Rooms smells so nice with the fragrance they have placed. There is also a fireplace in the room which made is warm and cozy whenever you needed it. Hotel is also pet friendly, we were given a care package for my dog. 」

Every amenity had been carefully thought out…dressing gowns, coffee machine, Guylain chocolates (topped up every day), water. Breakfast was superbe - Jason & Sandra catered to our every need, with freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries & of course cooked options. Shower takes a minute to warm, once it does it's excellent, good temperature and good water pressure. Couldn't ask for more, excellent. 」

「The hotel is very nice and all of the staffs are very kind. We visited Brugge for honeymoon and they upgrade for us which is a very big flavor. The room is awesome and the lobby is very beautiful. It's in the Brugge only takes 5-10 mins to the square which we highly recommended for the stay in Brugge」
