“Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ……

“The location is just a few minutes' walk from the rail station, which means I didn't even need the shuttle service with my luggages. There was a clear view of Matterhorn, and I'm sure that most rooms have that too. Welcomed by the staff with a good drink and was led to the lift. “I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money.
It’s comfortable, clean and spacious.
Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal.
In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center.
