「Beautiful room with almost everything you could wish for. My only gripe was the only mirror in the room to do hair and makeup was in the hall/alcove between bathroom and bedroom. Needed a mirror over the dressing table. However I always travel with an extension lead so I survived. Really would recommend.」

「My husband & I had to travel from the other end of the country to visit an elderly relative in the nearby hospital, and needed a reasonably-priced last-minute room for 2 nights. This fitted the bill perfectly, and I knew we'd made the right choice when I spoke to the Manager. What a lovely guy: friendly, honest, helpful, straightforward, and so easy to deal with. Many hotel managers could take a lesson from him.

「Clarissa, the new manager of the property, made our stay fun and easy! Our room even had its own patio! She sorted out dinner reservations and transportation so that our stay was flawless. Breakfast was delicious (and huge!), served exactly as we asked, enabling us to get on with our day. I highly recommend this property!」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0.
The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」
