“I booked a stay just for 1 night and confirmed everything. Got the receipt, cabin number, door code. Etc, early the day of the check in. Drove up there to find out that they double booked our stay and could not accommodate us. We drove 2 hours with 2 babies with us to find out that we can’t stay to a cabin that we wanted. I still appreciated the offers of atleast getting us alternative stay to their property or other properties, but it’s just really inconvenient and waste of time not having what……

“Same-day booking with same-day check-in. When we arrived, there was no office or property manager on site. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate. There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. I didn’t get towels until the next day after driving to another property they manage to find someone in person. The WiFi password was also not provided, and no one answered calls or messages for hours. There……
