Great customer service. I had to return to the rental property shortly after check out to get a left item. Housekeeping was there and very nice. She allowed me to grab my left item

It was great. We didd not have to find office to check in or out, we were given code for key box. Made it nice and easy. It felt clean and very comfortable . The whole family enjoyed the large porch, playing pool and games at the dining room table. Lots of laughs and memories were made. Everything was online or email.

All and all a good stay. Spent 95 percent of time in cabin just for the relaxation. Only issues were internet, it is not dependable enough to depend on it for all television. Also the housekeeping could be just a little better. A little more detailed. Don’t get me wrong we enjoyed our stay, very quiet here.

We really enjoyed the use of Fox Run Ridge for the weekend. It is a beautiful home and we especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. Unfortunately, we could not get the porch speakers to come on. The rooms are very spacious and the whole house is well appointed.

Fox Run Ridge We had a great time! The cabin was beautiful. The only thing missing was a hand mixer. We purchased one and left it for future renters. We enjoyed the quiet and got a lot of use out of the outside fireplace. The one outside chair is still broken. We had a base of a glass fall off after pouring a drink (that was odd). We also picked up trash that was on the property. Would love to come back when the leaves are changing, bet that is the most beautiful time of the year! Thanks so much for a great experience. We had one of my sons and his family with us. They loved it too!
