We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River Song!! The cabin is so BEAUTIFUL, we wished we had booked one more day! There was everything we could have needed in the cabin, we didn't cook much, because we were only there for the weekend, but we did grill out on of the days and ate on the lower deck by the river. We loved that you could hear the river at all times and that you could see the river from the bedrooms. It was so relaxing. We were there because we had a wedding in Jasper to attend, and it was nice to have the iron and ironing board. The beds were so comfortable and everything was neat and clean.

River song was the best cabin we have ever stayed out in the area. We typically visit annually and we will definitely be renting this one again as it is our favorite. The staff is always so accommodating and will work with you in any way they can to make your vacation amazing. They go out of their way trying to find a cabin that will work best for your needs.

A Nice Getaway

We’ve stayed here before and we loved it so much, we decided to come back. It’s where I got engaged! It’s right on the Cartecay and it’s a perfect getaway!

Was beautiful but could have been cleaner

We loved this house. Location was perfect. However being that we paid quite a bit for a cleaning fee I expected the house to be much cleaner. Windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Really takes away from the gorgeous view. Large cobwebs everywhere outside on the decks and outdoor furniture. I had to clean out a large ball of hair from the master bathroom the first day! I just don’t know why the cleaning fee was so high when I could have done a better job myself. Everything else was really fantastic.
