「Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. 」

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「This motel was such a nice place to stay on our mini vacation. We loved everything about it. The location is right on the river. It was off the busy main street, which was so nice and quiet, but still very convenient for almost everything.The room was very clean and had a nice new walk in shower. And a gas log fireplace (that actually put out warmth) for when we had colder days. The breakfast was phenomenal! Delicious and fresh. All of the staff were courteous and available for whatever needs...

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」
