"The host, Katie, was quick to respond to any inquiries. The kitchen was well supplied with tools, pans, dishes, and even basic spices. Appliances are on the newer side. The furniture was comfortable though the bed and pillows we had were too firm for us. Having the garage available was a real plus. And the view - never got tired of the view - and the easy beach walk to Cape Kiwanda."

"Perfect dog friendly room! The patio led right to the pet area and towels were provided to dry off his feet, along with a little goodie bag for him. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. Great location for easy walking to restaurants, stores, coffee shops. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Fabulous view. Quirky and cozy 4 level house with a couple balconies and a great deck. Take in views of river side or ocean side over a cup of morning joe. I loved it. Enjoyed the tub in the top floor bathroom, the dining table was great for laptop time and was one level up from living room and still with beach views. Staff, Katie, responded right away to any inquiries and she met me at the house to be sure I got in because a storm was coming in and rain and wind were crazy. Regular coffeemaker and a keurig you ca set up. Comfy beds. Lots of extra blankets. Master room upstairs has an amazing view. The other two rooms are on the lowest level and face the river side and driveway. This place is a mile from haystack rock and dune, the Pelican pub and Stimulus coffee and other places.I walked there a couple times. Will consider again if I rent in Pacific City."

"Amazing location and great communication from property management company. Decently well stocked house (needs more shampoo/conditioner) and great beach access. While it is steep, they installed a rope and our kids loved it.We would definitely come back again!"

"We had a 30 ft trailer with our sand toys on it. Perfect parking for that and the truck, still connected. Super cute and cozy place. Close walk to the bars. Family staff is absolutely amazing. Live in amity so will be doing this stay again. "
